What happens now
Your request has entered the review queue.
An artist will go through the details you submitted to determine whether the idea fits their style, how much time is required, and whether any adjustments should be discussed before scheduling.
This review includes:
• Reading the description of the idea
• Looking at placement on the body
• Estimating size and level of detail
• Checking reference images
• Determining if it should be done in one session or multiple
• Deciding whether additional questions are needed
At this stage, no drawing or scheduling happens yet.
The goal is to make sure the project is understood clearly before time is reserved on the calendar.
Once reviewed, you will receive either a follow-up question, a price range, or the next booking step.
What you need to do
Nothing needs to be scheduled right now.
Please wait for our reply.
If you remember a detail you forgot to include, you can reply to the confirmation email or text instead of submitting a new form.
Submitting the form multiple times moves you back in the queue because it creates a new request.
You do not need to call the shop to confirm we received it — this page means your request is active.
Typical Timeline
Most requests are reviewed within a few days.
Response time depends on:
• Artist availability
• How complete the information is
• Current request volume
• Complexity of the tattoo
Incomplete submissions require follow-up questions and may take longer.
You will always be contacted before any booking or deposit step happens.
To keep this moving fast
Clear reference images showing the style you want
Accurate body placement (example: outer forearm, not just arm)
Approximate size (in inches or comparison)
Budget range you are comfortable with
Straight-on photo for cover-ups (good lighting, no angle, no filters)
Complete information prevents back-and-forth messages and speeds approval.
To avoid delays
Don’t submit the form more than once
Don’t DM multiple social pages about the same request
Don’t call the shop to ask if it was received
Don’t send new details in separate messages instead of replying to the confirmation
Don’t expect immediate scheduling before review
